What we collect when you contact us, request an evaluation or book training — and how it is used and protected.

Information we collect
We collect what you give us: player and parent/guardian name, email address, phone number, session and plan selections, evaluation form answers (such as age, level, tournament experience and goals), messages you send us, and account details if you create a login. We also receive limited technical information from your device, such as browser type and approximate location, as part of normal website operation.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never received or stored by MHP. We keep only the payment reference, amount, currency and status so we can confirm bookings, issue refunds and keep our records.
How we use it
To confirm and manage bookings, take payment and issue refunds, send booking, cancellation and schedule notifications, add sessions to calendars you subscribe to, respond to contact and evaluation requests, plan coaching groups, and keep basic business and accounting records.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that make the site work: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, and our email delivery provider. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety or property.
Storage and security
Information is stored in access-controlled databases with row-level security so that a player account can only see its own bookings and details. Owner and coach access is limited to authorised accounts. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
Retention
We keep booking, payment and communication records for as long as needed to run the academy and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Children
Many of our players are minors. Accounts, bookings and forms are intended to be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the player's details and consents to this notice on the minor's behalf.
Your choices
You can ask us to review, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from non-essential emails, by writing to Peter@morenohp.com. Some records must be kept where we have a legal obligation to do so. Booking, payment and cancellation emails are transactional and cannot be turned off while you have active sessions.
Use of AI and automated tools
We may use artificial intelligence and other automated tools to help build and maintain this website, draft or summarise communications, organise schedules and bookings, and prepare general training or content material. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, is provided for general information only, and is not medical, legal, financial or professional advice. Any AI-assisted material is reviewed by us before it is relied on for coaching decisions, and no automated decision with a legal or similarly significant effect is made about you without human review. If any AI-generated content on this site appears incorrect, contact us and we will correct it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MHP is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-assisted content, tools or outputs, or from errors, downtime or unavailability of third-party AI or software services.
Third-party services and links
This site links to third parties such as Instagram, Stripe and calendar providers. Their own privacy notices and terms govern what they do with your information; we are not responsible for their practices.
Changes
We may update this notice as the academy changes. The current version is always posted here, and continued use of the site or our services means you accept the updated notice.
