Academy Policies
Every player agrees to these policies and to the liability waiver below at booking and registration.
All sessions are paid at the time of booking. Sessions run Monday–Friday and groups are assigned by level. Training is $100 per session, $120 for two or more sessions on the same day, and once 20 sessions are booked the monthly rate of $1,400 is applied automatically. A spot is only held once payment is complete. Booked days are non-transferable and expire if unused per the cancellation terms below.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a session may be moved to another session in the same or following week. Cancellations inside 24 hours are not transferable.
Players are expected to arrive warmed up and ready to start on time. Repeated late arrivals affect group placement. Notify the academy in advance if you will be absent.
Make-ups are offered at the academy's discretion based on availability in comparable groups. Make-ups do not carry over indefinitely and expire at the end of the following month.
Sessions may be delayed, shortened or moved due to weather. If a session is cancelled entirely by the academy, players receive a credit toward another session.
Paid sessions are non-refundable except where the academy cancels a session outright and no suitable alternative can be arranged.
MHP is a competitive but respectful environment. Full effort, respect for coaches, staff, courts and equipment, and professional behaviour on court are required. Racquet abuse and disrespect toward training partners are not tolerated.
Parents are welcome to watch. Coaching, instruction or feedback during sessions comes from MHP coaches only. Questions about a player's development are welcome outside of session time.
By booking, attending or allowing a minor in your care to attend any Moreno High Performance session, program, clinic, private lesson, tournament trip or event ("Activities"), you agree to the following on behalf of yourself, the player, and your heirs, executors and assigns.
Tennis and athletic training involve inherent risks, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, concussions and head injuries, heat illness, dehydration, cardiac events, injury from balls, racquets, equipment, court surfaces, other participants or third parties, exposure to communicable illness, and in rare cases permanent disability or death. These risks cannot be eliminated. The player voluntarily assumes all such risks, known and unknown, including risks arising from unforeseen circumstances or the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties.
You confirm the player is physically fit to participate and has no condition that would make participation unsafe, and that you have disclosed any relevant medical condition, medication or prior injury. You authorize MHP staff to arrange emergency medical care at your expense and confirm the player is covered by your own health insurance. MHP does not provide medical, insurance or accident coverage.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, you release, waive and discharge Moreno High Performance, its owners, coaches, employees, contractors, volunteers, facility and court providers, and their affiliates (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses of any kind — including for personal injury, illness, headaches, concussion, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, property damage, loss or theft — arising out of or related to the Activities, whether caused by the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise. This release does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be waived by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) brought by or on behalf of the player or any third party arising out of participation in the Activities.
MHP is not liable for interruption, delay, relocation or cancellation of Activities caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather, facility closure, power or utility failure, illness or injury of staff, public health orders, or acts of God. In such cases the cancellation, make-up and refund policies above apply and constitute your sole remedy.
If the player is under 18, the parent or legal guardian signs and agrees to this waiver on the minor's behalf, confirms authority to do so, and accepts all obligations of this agreement, including the release and indemnity, for themselves and the minor.
MHP may photograph or record sessions and use those images for promotional purposes without compensation. Tell us in writing at any time if you prefer the player be excluded.
MHP may use artificial intelligence and other automated software to help operate this website, schedule and manage bookings, draft communications, and prepare general training, scouting or content material. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, is general information only, and is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Coaching decisions remain the judgment of our human coaches. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from reliance on AI-assisted content or outputs, or from errors, downtime, data loss or unavailability of third-party software, payment, email, calendar or AI services.
Training, ratings, rankings, recruiting outcomes and tournament results depend on many factors outside our control. MHP makes no guarantee of any specific improvement, ranking, scholarship, roster spot or competitive result, and past player results shown on this site are examples, not promises.
Information on this site is provided as-is for general information and may change without notice. You agree to provide accurate information when booking or registering and not to misuse the site or others' accounts. Personal information you provide is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties' total liability arising out of the Activities, this site or any transaction is limited to the amount you paid for the session or plan giving rise to the claim, and the Released Parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Tarrant County. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in full force. Accepting the policies checkbox at booking constitutes an electronic signature with the same effect as a handwritten one.
By checking the agreement box at booking, you confirm you have read, understood and voluntarily accepted this waiver on behalf of yourself and any minor in your care.
